I just begin watercolours painting - I tried different technics with a bigger or smaller succeses, but in watercolours i always failed. At least i have a feeling I catched it up (sorry for my poor english - american). This is a portrait of my boss.

Never give up! I am sure the likeness of your boss is quite good. But you could use other colors in the skin tones. If you look carefully at yourself in the mirror and are wearing a colorful red shirt, there would be a pale red tone under the chin. In this painting there should be a pale blue reflected from the suit under his chin.
