How to do a on-line critique for my water color?

Dear Mary,

I am a beginner of water color fan. Right now, I am getting frustrated because I couldn't do a good job of washing the layer of color, light reflection, form and shape of my painting. Can I scan my painting and ask for your further tips to improve my skill on it.

I'm a beginner too. I've been watching a lot of DVD's, books from the library, and took one workshop and hope to take more. Don't get frustrated-it will come to you.
