I have taken a look at most of your flowers and I have this criticism.....You don't seem to be able to loosen up and create a mood. The rose seems flat. I see no shadow on the stem that should come from the rose itself. There is no variation in the color or shadows within the rose itself. The crocus painting is a bit better as I can see some shading in the petals, but there are no soft edges which add life to a painting. Try to lose some edges in your work so that the flowers are not so stark, and I think they will be beautiful. The black background is much too harsh for the rose. Try dampening some edges with a brush and blot some of the hard edges out. I hope this will help you.
